Return and Refund Policy - Disclaimer

All Donations are final, no refunds will be granted.

Refunds will be granted for damaged or missing items only.  

• Damages must be reported upon receipt of goods.  A damage claim must be submitted with the shipping company with accompanying pictures. 
• Email Narrow Gate Now Ministries, Inc. customer service with the damage report for the return at admin@narrowgatenow.com.  
• Shipment must be returned within (Seven (7) days from receipt of goods, with damage claim attached.
• Approved refunds may take 7-10 business days from receipt and two - four weeks for refund to appear in your account for damaged items only.
