Are you ready for your divine appointment?

Divine appointment where each of us will meet our maker “GOD” face to face.  Out of all the appointments we make in the course of a day this is one appointment none of us will be able to postpone, re-schedule or cancel. 

At this appointment the topic of discussion, the agenda, the question will be, 

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? 

If “YES” Welcome to eternity, now let’s discuss your Christian rewards. 

If “NO” the door will be closed. Regardless of how good you may be at negotiating, writing a proposal or submitting a plan of action it will be too late, it will be past the acceptable due date which was as close as the moment before your divine appointment was scheduled!

ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR DIVINE APPOINTMENT?

“For the truth about God is known to them instinctively. God has put this knowledge in their hearts. From the time the world was created, people have seen the earth the sky and all that God made. They can clearly see his invisible qualities-His eternal power and divine nature. So, they have no excuse whatsoever for not knowing GOD.”  Romans 1:19-20 (NLT)

As this scripture reveals, any argument you may pose for not knowing about your divine appointment will be unacceptable. 

Further,

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”  Romans 3:23

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”   Romans 6:23

Consider eternity as the ocean. In order for humans to live in the ocean we must be able to breathe underwater. None of us can do this.  Comparably to live with God in eternity we must be sinless and no one is without sin. But God made a way for us to breathe under water, “to be accepted as sinless” and it is through believing in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is as simple as this: “That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”    Romans 10: 9-10

HAVE YOU ACCEPTED JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR?

Do You know in your Heart where you will spend eternity? 

You must be honest with Yourself; your eternal life is what’s at stake! It’s not just knowing about Jesus; it’s about having a personal relationship with him and following Him daily.

If you want to be sure and want to Know Jesus Christ is Your Lord and Savior, pray the following prayer truthfully from your heart!  There's no other way, God knows the truth!

Heavenly Father, thank you for showing me the truth, forgive me for turning away as I have. I believe in my heart that Jesus died for my sins, and you raised him from the dead. Forgive me for my transgressions and I forgive those who have sinned against me.  I open my heart to make Jesus the Lord of my life from this day forward. I ask that you send the Holy Spirit to live on the inside of me to change me from the inside out, it is in Jesus name I pray, Amen.
