Holy Spirit inspired in 2017 to begin a non-profit ministry in the marketplace! To teach Biblical Business Truths; to Enhance, Equip and Empower business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, managers and small business owners not only to survive but to thrive and fulfill their God-Given Business purpose & destiny!

Who We Are
Debra Elrod Founder - Chair - Executive Director
Bringing over 30 years' experience in Business Development ranging from small business ownership to executive leadership in the global Automotive manufacturing industry. Currently President of Propel Industries, Inc. Obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, specializing in Marketing/Advertising and Public relations from WSU in Detroit, MI. Honorably Discharged with exemplary service from the U.S. Army after serving 8 years, with 3 years on active duty. On December 7, 2005, she had an encounter with the God of the universe that changed her life forever. She went from religious darkness to the Kingdom of Light and was born again. This was the beginning of her testimony as a surrendered follower of Jesus Christ.
Darrell Elrod Co-Founder & Co-Chair
Bringing 40 years' experience in the Construction industry, working primarily for the same company, Chase Construction Group, currently Executive Vice President. He obtained a Bachelor's degree with honors in Construction Management from Murray State Univ. in KY and was recruited and moved to Nashville where his career began. Over the years through many challenges, he has built the respect and trust of employees, colleagues, suppliers and customers who have come to rely on his leadership, expertise and honoring his commitments. His faith in the Lord has grown over the years and he's put his trust in Jesus as his Lord and Savior!
