Initial steps:
Matthew 18:15-17 follow the procedure as outlined in scripture:

Take the person privately that has sinned against you. Keep a written record of when this occurred, date, time and location and what was discussed and whether or not it was resolved and later resurfaced.

If the person persists, then take two or three witnesses with you and confront the person again that has sinned against you. Keep a written record or recording of what occurred including date, time and location and the outcome.

Make a request to have your case heard in the BBC- Believer's Business Court - submit all prior documentation, individual names and signatures.
Remedies to be considered
Other Biblical remedies may be utilized.
Three month suspension

Six - Nine Month suspension
